Rainfall will increase in intensity through this afternoon and evening across the watch area with an additional 1 to 3 inches of rain likely, and isolated higher amounts possible. * Due to the heavy rainfall the past several days, many creeks and streams are already near or above bankfull. Creeks and rivers could rise out of their banks quickly, closing roads and impacting homes, businesses and farms. High water may not recede until well after the rain has ended.
